Nestled in the heart of Western Colorado's Book Cliffs and just east of the Utah border sits Lazy 3X Ranch Outfitters-a hunting ranch that has been providing quality trophy hunts for groups and individuals since the 1990s. Our experienced hunting guides rely on their combined 60 years of experience, as well as their knowledge of the Ranch's 13,000 acres private land-and the bear, elk, and deer that inhabit it-to help visitors to Lazy 3X head home with a great experience.
The guided hunt, as well as your food and lodging, are all included in hunt package prices, so pack up and come join us at the Ranch!
Our elk hunts run from September through October. We'll pair two hunters with one guide for each day of the five-and-a-half-day hunt. Hunters and guides meet up at camp each morning and head
out in four-wheel drive vehicles to altitudes of up to 8,500 feet, where we'll hunt using rifles, muzzle loaders, or archery.
