Returns Policy


We do our best at Lazy 3X Ranch to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at admin@lazy3xranch.com and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the continental United States via UPS overnight speed. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged with ice packs and/or dry ice when they ship. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders on Mondays, unless it is a holiday then we will ship on Tuesday. Orders received after the shipping cutoff will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. We also offer free local pickup, and local delivery services in the Mack, CO area.  

Privacy Policy

Lazy 3X Ranch values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
